Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent 24–48 hours prior to your visit. • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): A 50% fee of the service booked may apply. • No-Shows: A 100% charge of the service booked will apply. Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
