The products sold on the website are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, it is a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless cancelled, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order by us. Completion of the contract between you and us will be perfected when we dispatch the products to you, at which time you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website, whether or not that product has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s) which cannot be supplied by us
